Personal Data Collected
OJO, KAIJOO collects different information in order to help us improve the services and products we offer; and to provide unique personalised services and products to each registrant.
OJO, KAIJOO collects information on you when you enter a user agreement with OJO, KAIJOO and when you register with the OJO, KAIJOO website.
You are under no obligation to provide your complete personal data. However, the minimum information we require for us to be able to provide you with our products and services are your name, phone number, and e-mail address.
OJO, KAIJOO may also ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how OJO, KAIJOO can provide personalised services to you, in all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information. In cases for us to provide the service requested, you will be required to give certain information. If you choose not to provide the required information, we may not be able to provide the services requested, in all cases when you are required to give information we will inform you. - Which year(s) you may have joint OJO, KAIJOO;
- How you heard of OJO, KAIJOO;
- Community discussions, correspondence through our sites and correspondence sent to us;

- To process your contract renewal and upgrade;

Unique Membership ID:
Every member or trial in OJO, KAIJOO who visits our premises is assigned a unique ID to track all the information related to their account. Their account is created based on the information provided.
Any members found providing wrong information on purpose and use someone else’s membership or account ID to visit or attend our classes is considered to have breached OJO, KAIJOO’s privacy policy. The member’s membership will be terminated with immediate effect without any refund.
Direct Marketing
We intend to use your phone number, postal address, facsimile and email in direct marketing activities such as promotion of our brand, products, other services and/or updates.
Processing of Your Personal Information
OJO, KAIJOO forms part of a group of companies and in order to carry out the functions described above it may from time to time be necessary to transfer your personal information to our holding company, subsidiary company, associated companies, and companies which are subsidiaries of our holding company.

I may withdraw such consent at any time via forms available at OJO, KAIJOO branch. In addition, by selecting any of the boxes above, I also consent to OJO, KAIJOO Private Limited contacting me via (i) telephone call and/or (ii) SMS and other phone number-based messaging, about the products and services offered by OJO, KAIJOO Private Limited, its business partners and agents, regardless of my registration(s) with the Do Not Call registry.
I also agree on the centre terms & conditions which can be collected from the OJO, KAIJOO reception counter. In checking the box below I agree that is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes at may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Waiver
The Member has carefully read this clause and fully understands this as a release of any and all future claims of whatsoever nature against the Centre including but not limited to injury or risk of injury or a risk of abnormal body changes resulting from activities while utilising the Centres facilities and/or undertaking classes in the Centre, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the Centre.
- Photo Waiver – I am consenting to OJO, KAIJOO Private Limited using and disclosing to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”) for their marketing purpose. I acknowledge that OJO, KAIJOO Pte Ltd will own such Images and further grant the OJO, KAIJOO Pte Ltd permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to OJO, KAIJOO Pte Ltd business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the OJO, KAIJOO Pte Ltd prior to its use. I forever release and hold OJO, KAIJOO Pte Ltd harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
Changes to these Terms
OJO, KAIJOO reserves the right to make changes to any part of the OJO, KAIJOO websites and to add to or change these Terms or the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to refer to the Terms whenever you access the OJO, KAIJOO websites. Every time you access the OJO, KAIJOO websites you agree to be bound by the Terms and the Privacy Policy as varied or amended from time to time.
Singapore Law
By accessing the OJO, KAIJOO websites you agree to accept that these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You also accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in relation to any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms or your use of the OJO, KAIJOO websites or arising in any way from the Content.
Admission into the studio
Only eligible person shall be admitted into the studio at all times especially on related marketing activities which shall not limit to only the free trial sessions.
To enjoy the trial session, you have to be a Singapore resident of local citizen of Singapore, PR, EP, DP and SP at least 21 years old and older.
Expulsion of Members
OJO, KAIJOO and/or the management may terminate the membership of any member:
(a) without notice and with immediate effect if the member’s conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of a complaint by another member or members, is such that in the reasonable opinion of the management, it may be injurious to the character or interest of the company.
(b) without notice and with immediate effect if the member shall have committed any breach of these Terms and Conditions or of the Company’s Rules and Regulations as are from time to time in force.
(c) if any monthly membership fees, locker fees, or service charges remain unpaid after the due date for payment
(d) with and/or without notice and with immediate effect, if the company is of the opinion that the member is not a suitable individual for continued membership. All decisions of the management under this clause are final and binding.
(e) without notice and with immediate effect if a member is found to have violated the privacy of any other member within the shower and the changing rooms, or are caught in lewd or compromising actions
(f) The company can terminate any membership with or without notice/explanation by refunding the prorated advance payment. A member whose membership is terminated by the management shall forfeit all the privileges of membership with immediate effect. On termination of his/her membership, the member shall return forthwith his/her membership card and any other evidence or property of membership provided to the member and shall settle any outstanding debts.
Workshops
All photos and videos taken will be used for OJO, KAIJOO marketing purposes.
Full payment is required to reserve a spot and payment made is non-refundable. In the event that the management cancels or postpones the workshop, your deposit will be credited into your PY system which can be used for Yoga courses, workshops or related classes subject to management approval.
